Today, people across the country enjoy Vicky’s recipe, which is made with bleached wheat flour, baking powder, sugar and salt – you’ll need vanilla flavoring (not extract), cooking oil, water, one egg, whole milk and buttermilk to make recipe according to package directions. Although the brand has only been around since 2019, it has received rave reviews from the folks at Good Morning America who featured the brand in a Flights and offers segment in 2021, while the original mix of pancakes and waffles has an average rating of 4.4 stars on the brand’s website and an average rating of 4.5 stars on Amazon. This may not be the mix to go for if you’re looking for convenience due to the number of foreign ingredients needed, but it’s worth making when you have time on a slow weekend morning if you look for ultra-plush Instagrams. -worthy pancakes for brunch.
