What’s on the menu? : Hurricanes, Sazerac, Brandy milk punch, sloe gin fizz and other special cocktails. A Cajun crab dip appetizer or mini muffalettas are available for sharing to start things off.
Appetizers include jambalaya, okra, catfish almond, bourbon alfredo, and a smothered cheddar biscuit. Desserts include a bourbon praline cookie, donuts or a piece of the classic King Cake.

It’s a three-part party with live entertainment at all three spots. Admission to the party is $15 per person or for the very affordable price of $65 you can join the party and enjoy a New Orleans Mardi Gras buffet. The ticket takes you to three locations – Watermark, Backwater Voodoo, and the large, new patio that joins them. Live entertainment will be featured at all three venues and grape-flavored Voodoo Daiquiris ($12, made famous by Jean Lafitte’s forge in the French Quarter) and authentic Hurricanes ($12) made with Appleton Estate Reserve rum will be available for purchase all night. The menu for those who love the buffet includes jambalaya with rice, muffuletta, fried catfish, crispy fried shrimp, Boudin dumplings, dirty rice, field green beans, kale, a Creole potato salad, a mixed green salad and a Coca-Cola cake.
A limited a la carte menu will also be offered including Gumbo ($6 a cup), Spammies (2 for $7), Po Boy Sliders (2 for $7), Tiki Tots ($8), King Cake ($5 a slice ), fried oysters (6 for $12.95), fresh oysters (raw or grilled, $14.95 per half dozen or $29.95 per dozen).
