Wednesday Fayette County Farmers Market, in the TSC parking lot on Columbus Avenue in Washington CH, from 3-6 p.m., is without any sponsored electronic treats and is therefore a cash-only market.
This week, the first green beans of the season are appearing. The following vendors are scheduled to attend today:
Bridgeview Gardens (Hunter & Lorelle Rohrer): GREEN BEANS, cucumbers, zucchini, lettuce, red beets, a variety of perennials.
Chilcote Farms & Cottage Bakeries (Marlene Chilcote): Local honey, icing sugar cookies, peanut butter cookies, oatmeal raisin cookies, and chocolate chip cookies. Texas cake, some fresh cherry pies, and possibly a few pints of fresh sour cherries.
This and that from Mary (Mary Ford): Peanut Butter Fudge, Pineapple Upside-Down Cake, Pineapple Banana Bread, Cat Toys, and more.
Jim’s Premium Ground Beef (Jim Hobbs): Premium quality ground beef in various packages (patties, bulk tubes).
Hostetter Kitchen (Melody Martin): Homemade bread and rolls, Buckeyes, zucchini bread, banana bread, whoopie pies, rhubarb pie, and cinnamon rolls.
Cozy Baby Blessings (Nancy Cutter): Wax melts, bead pens and baby essentials including crochet blankets and hats, flannel bibs, crinkle toys, bunny ears and silicone dishes and teethers.
Meats Lehnert (Bob Lehnert): Assorted brats, great for grilling!
Wooden designs by DW (Debbie Welch): One of the handcrafted wooden objects – birdhouses, signs, tables, dwarfs. Crochet items including kitchen towels, pot scrubs, potholders, baby booties and afghans. Will accept custom and special orders.
