73, of Sherwood Ave., North Providence, died Friday, May 13, 2022 at Miriam Hospital in Providence. Born in Roccamonfina, Italy, she was the daughter of the late Antonio and Battastina (DiDino) Feole.
Rita has worked in the hospitality industry for many years. She was an incredible artist who was recognized for her many talents. Rita was offered several RISD scholarships at a very young age due to an incredible love for the arts. She was known to be very creative and masterfully enjoyed baking personalized cakes for her family and friends. Rita was a humble person who celebrated her true passion for the love of God and the Roman Catholic faith. Rita was a true example of what a Catholic Christian meant both to her family and to the many friends she met along the way.
Rita was the devoted mother of Paula M. Ford and her husband Sean of Wakefield, Sabrina R. Micheletti and her husband Joseph of Johnston and Nicholas A. Perrotti of North Providence; cherished grandmother of Desiree, Derek, Nicholas, Biagio, Joseph Jr. and Antonio; and dear sister of Atileo Feole and his wife Assunta of Cranston, Emilio Feole and his wife Angie of Providence, Carmino Feole and his wife Patricia of Foster, Olga Nicastro and her husband William of North Providence, Eva Martin of North Providence, Stephen Feole and his wife Gwendolyn of Hope, Marie Feole of Cranston and the late John Feole.
His funeral will be held Thursday, May 19 at 9:45 a.m., at NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston, followed by a Christian burial mass at Holy Ghost Church, 1 Knight St., Providence at 11 a.m. . Burial will be in St. Ann’s Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS are Wednesdays from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
