More than 15 food vendors are expected to attend the festival. Here’s a look at some of the offerings. Please note that it is likely that not all dishes will be available in every truck, as mobile restaurants often offer simplified menus during events.

This truck offers unique funnel cake flavors including Orange Dreamicle, Cinnamon Roll, Peanut Butter Cinnamon, and Caramel Apple.
It will be located at the Memorial Field Parking Lot at the arts festival and will be open 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. July 13, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. July 14-16.
