Big Chicken is set to open 45 franchise stores across Florida, including Orlando, with a menu featuring some of the star’s favorite home-cooked meals, such as popcorn chicken, Cheez-It crusted mac and cheese and sandwiches. with artisanal ice cream. Its namesake dish, The Shaq Attack, features a crispy chicken sandwich piled high with pepper jack cheese, jalapeño salad and spicy chipotle barbecue sauce. Big appetites are welcome!

Guy Fieri dubs himself the “Mayor of Flavortown,” and now you can decide for yourself if he deserves that title. With two quick service locations in Central Florida, Chicken Guy serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Offering sandwiches, salads, tenders, sides, bowls and soft shakes, this place is all about comfort food.
Fieri challenges customers to explore a tantalizing list of 22 different sauce varieties. This includes standard flavors, as well as blends with interesting names like Donkey Sauce (Mayo, Roasted Garlic, Mustard, Worcestershire, and Lemon).

You know him as “Cake Boss” from the TLC reality series. Buddy Valastro is actually a fourth-generation baker, born into the business owned and operated by his parents. Pretty cool, huh?
Their company’s bestseller is the charming Rainbow Cake, made with six layers of bright vanilla-colored cake, smothered in a sweet buttercream frosting and finished with heaps of rainbow sprinkles. in sky. There are also tons of other confections to satisfy your sweet tooth, like assorted cupcakes, cookies, cannolis, pies, and pastries.

Apparently, N’Sync member Joey Fatone never said “Bye Bye Bye” to his childhood nickname, “Fatone.” In fact, a playful version of his last name, this boy-bander is going big on raising a childhood staple: hot dogs.
Originally opened as a foodie kiosk in the Florida Mall, Fat Ones closed that store and shifted gears to become one of Orlando’s most famous food trucks. Since Fatone grew up and still resides in Central Florida, he often serves hot dogs to hungry fans himself (and is generous with selfies).

Located within the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress, Four Flamingos is a new concept from Richard Blais, beloved as a Top Chefs: All-Stars winner. The menu really highlights our Sunshine State’s best dishes, from freshly caught surf to fire-grilled turf.
Expect a fusion of tropical ingredients enhancing cocktails, products and proteins. Open 5-10 p.m. only, dress code is smart casual (i.e. no sandals or men’s swimwear). You can subscribe to the mailing list to be informed when Blais will be on site.

Known for his “daring” personality, Gordon Ramsay boldly masters the quintessence of the English meal. This fast and casual place serves up authentic fish and chips, as well as chicken, shrimp, shakes and other goodies. It’s a quick bite to share before venturing into the many amusements at ICON Park.

Crooner Blake Shelton delivers a taste of Nashville right here in Orlando. Part bar, part restaurant and part music venue, Ole Red is a bustling country establishment. While Gwen Stefani’s husband rarely makes an appearance, the talent roster is still pretty solid.
For food, the Southern Gentleman is a hearty helping of Wagyu beef topped with fried green tomatoes, bourbon onions and tomato jam, chili cheese and a signature sauce. Brave epicures can order the Bar-B-Que Gator Wings, which are smoked alligator with Tishomingo potato salad, pickled coleslaw, orange and BBQ sauce. As the wife of a foodie Spaniard, I can assure you that chef José Andrés whimsically transports your taste buds overseas. For special occasions, opt for the Chef’s Tasting Menus to savor traditional tapas accompanied by wines and sherries. Of course, you’ll find the menu heavily peppered with tons of other classics, like charcuterie, assorted cheeses, paella, seafood, and more. There is also a brunch menu and an allergen menu.

Every inch of this beautiful restaurant is breathtaking, but head straight upstairs to start at the bar. Here you can get a taste of Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto’s vision. It masterfully showcases Japanese flavors with melt-in-your-mouth sushi, noodle bowls and more.
Once your table is set in the main dining area on the first floor, feast on dumplings (pork, nappa cabbage and garlic chives) and Buri-Bop (a bowl of Korean-style yellowtail rice prepared at the table in a hot clay pot with an egg yolk finish) – aka the dish that helped Morimoto earn his title as Iron Chef. Order a Morimoto Signature Hazelnut Brown Ale (yes, this Iron Chef has his own line of beer made at the Oregon-based Rogue Brewery).
